A Co-Host takes on almost all of the responsibilities of the day to day operations of your rental property.  You can still be the main host but you step away from day to day responsibilities, interactions with guests and just pay the main expenses of the property. My objective is to meet and exceed your financial goals, whether to cash flow or meet your operating costs.

  • Liaise with cleaners, handymen, lawn service, pest control, and other vendors
  • Keep your listing up to date including copy, photos and pricing
  • Manage pricing on a daily basis to ensure you are getting the highest occupancy possible
  • Answer guest questions pre, during and post-stay
  • Create digital or printed guide book
  • Handle cancellations, booking date changes, additional fees such as pets
  • Liaise with VRBO, Booking.com and Airbnb as required
  • Verify incoming booking requests (underage requests, guests with no prior reviews, service animals)
  • Draw up leases for longer term guests
  • Answer questions on restaurants, sightseeing and parking
  • Final walk through prior to guest arrival to ensure cleaning is up to standard and all amenities are out
  • Emergencies day or night (ie AC outages, power outages, pest extermination etc)
