Your rental will be listed on over 18 major travel and real estate platforms including Airbnb, VRBO/Homeaway, Booking.com, Google Vacation Rentals, Marriott Homes and Villas, JetBlue Airlines, Allegiant Airlines, Whimstay, Livly, Hopper, American Snowbirds, BeachGuide, BeachHouse, Rentalz, HomeToGo, OneFine Stay, Zillow, Apartments.com.
We handle all bookings and calendars to seamlessly manage your nightly inventory.
We handle all pricing management and our pricing manager makes daily adjustments to optimize your booking potential and maximize revenue.
We handle all guest communications, pre, post and during the stay.
We use cutting edge software for marketing, pricing, PMS, and message automation.
You will have access to the owner’s and guest portals to see past statements, upcoming reservations, open work orders, and make owner reservations.
All state and local taxes remitted on your behalf.
Monthly fee: 12% monthly gross revenue. $300 mo minimum.
FULL SERVICE
Full service is designed for owners that want to be hands-off investors and let us handle the management, marketing, and day to day running of the business. In addition to all the marketing and booking support of our Level 1 Service, Full Service also includes:
CLEANING: We manage all cleaning services.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: Oversight and management of property maintenance
DAMAGES: Each reservation is covered for accidental damage up to $1,500.
OWNER & GUEST PORTAL: You will have access to an owner’s portal to see past statements, upcoming reservations, open work orders, and make owner reservations.
TAXES: All state and local taxes remitted on your behalf.
Monthly Fee: 20% of monthly gross revenue. $300 mo minimum.
